At Tejas Uday Seva Foundation we believe disability should never be a barrier to hope. This project supplies assistive devices, physiotherapy sessions and tailored learning support so children with disabilities can access education and everyday life with dignity.

We partner with local therapists, schools and families to deliver sustainable care — from mobility aids and adaptive learning materials to skill-building workshops that help children and caregivers plan for the future.
